Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 40 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 35 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1500 EUR is due 7 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
