Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 100.00 CAD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee.
An accidental damage waiver of liability is provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of 69.00. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit. This fee is not included in the quote provided. Discuss with owner at booking time.

This beautiful ocean view condo is situated on Rathtrevor Beach and adjacent to Rathtrevor Provincial Park and just 25 minutes north of Nanaimo. This 1230 sf, ground level unit overlooks the ocean and is just steps from the gorgeous beach. The condo has 3 bedrooms with a queen in the ocean view master bedroom, and 2 queens in the other 2 bedrooms. There is a large en suite bathroom off the master which has a large tub and separate walk-in shower along with heated floors to keep your tootsies warm. The second bathroom has another walk-in shower and heated floors as well. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas stove. You have the added bonus of a lovely ocean view as you're "slaving" away in this gourmet kitchen. There is also an in-suite laundry with stacking washer and dryer. There is a lovely large ocean view patio with added extra grassy space - great outdoor living space complete with gas BBQ and patio table and chairs for your al fresco dining.
