gulf of Mexico ocean is less than a 1 minute walk from the property without crossing a road. The fine sand beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
the beach is an eco beach long and always empty. The ocean is great for wading ,shallow with no holes or sudden dip. The ocean is calm sometimes complete flat (like lake) sometimes small waves,no big waves for surfing. Suitable for paddle activities ,canoeing,floatable mats, kite gliding. Private , quiet,relaxing.

If you want to experience a relaxed vacation any time of the year visit this very private cozy detached , single family authentic Mayan house is surrounded by countless mature coconut palms.The house is settled on a private sandy beach of the Emerald coast of Yucatan Peninsula in a very private influential community. The house was built with elements of Mayan traditional architecture as is the thatch roofs, round walls, crosswind cooling effects throughout the entire house ,chukum pool and patio. On the other hand this house has all luxury amenities such as spacious open plan granite /marble/glass kitchen with huge island, 2 big refrigerators, 2 dispensers of 20 l purified jug water, marble /glass bathrooms and all real beds with a canopies. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry which serves also as a safe room.The house has a huge covered terrace ( 20m ) overlooking the laguna pool and ocean.The second floor with 2 independent suites overlooking the ocean has also big terrace overlooking ocean and pool.
Every bedroom has air conditioning unit and there is WIFI in and around the house..The property is huge and there is custom built gas and charcoal grill ,bar and bench. The house has an observation deck on the third floor.
