We require 25 year olds and above make reservations and registration. Upon arrival the credit card used to book the property must be presented and confirmed as that of the renter. All guests must be named and ages given at time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any booking if the information provided is incorrect. Monies are non refundable.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
Fee of 250.00 CAD for stays that are 1 to 4 nights in duration.
Cleaning During Stay
A guest must request this optional service.
The daily maid service is provided for $35.00 CAD per hour.
Linen is included in the rent
100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding.
Parking is free.

Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
The booking deposit is due immediately if paying by credit card or within 10 days of the booking date if paying by certified cheque or money order
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 35 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
A Guest has up to 48 hours after the reservation is made to cancel without penalty. After 48 hours, then the reservation deposit is non-refundable. If a Guest cancels within 35 days of arrival and after full payment is made, there is no refund on the accommodation or unused portion of the vacation that has been prepaid (this can include any lift tickets, snowmobile tours, shuttles, etc).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 CAD is due on arrival.
A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.

The Aspens Accommodations - Condo - 1100 sq ft / 102 sq m - Sixth floor
Located on the sixth floor of the well located Aspens, this remarkable residence boasts a heated slate floor entrance opening out to a beautifully finished kitchen/breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops, splashbacks and stainless steel appliances that include a full height fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser, a ceramic stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. The solid wood cabinetry completes the luxurious feel.

The dining area table extends to seat eight comfortably and there are also three seats available at the breakfast bar.

The open plan living area has large comfortable sofas and armchairs arranged around a beautiful stone clad gas fireplace with wooden mantelpiece and solid wood cabinetry, 37” flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound stereo. Also featured is a wine cooler/mini bar with wooden cabinetry and ornate iron doors.

Large picture windows in the living area have amazing views of the Monashee Mountains. Access the balcony from this area and enjoy a soak in the hot tub.

Just off the living area is the master bedroom with king sized bed and ample space with a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The en-suite comes equipped with a large glass steam shower. The main bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, bedside tables, lamps, alarm clock and a 25” TV with DVD Player and a lovely double closet with a light.

The third bedroom has a double-over-queen bunk bed set and an armoire.

This residence is ideal for families or small groups wanting luxury and space with fantastic slope access. Located on the Highway 33 ski run, you have access to five major chair lifts as the Aspens is the highest address on the mountain. The ski locker and ski access door are on the same level as the condo - it does not get much easier than this.

There is one allocated car space in the underground heated garage. Overflow parking is available in Happy Valley with added cost.
