Guest is asked to start the dishwasher.
Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower.
If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

Payment Balance

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

- Cancellations made with 30 days’ notice or more (75 days for Christmas and New Year) are completely refundable, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. - Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival are completely non-refundable. If the days of your original rental can however be rebooked, you will receive a refund for the days rented less a $150.00 cancellation fee. You will forfeit all monies paid for any part of the rental period that cannot be rebooked. - Cancellations within 7 days prior to your arrival are completely non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 700.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

Ski-in/ski-out from this perfectly located, stunning 1600 sq. Ft. 3 bedroom/4 bath townhouse is just steps from the Sun Run-a great green run groomed daily, and Telus Park, both lit for night skiing. Soak up the fabulous Monashee Mountain views in the private hot tub on the deck. The 2 master bedrooms both feature en-suites, with a slate steam shower and rainfall shower head in the upstairs room. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of single bunk. The gourmet kitchen has a large island with eating bar, excellent equipment, wine rack and chilled wine cabinet and dining for 8.There's also wireless internet access. The attached garage is used as a functional place to prepare yourself and the family for the runs. Parking is located outside the property for one vehicle and there is an allotted space in the underground parkade, not that you'll need the car-even the village is just a short walk away. You can catch a ride on the free shuttle which stops just outside the Aspens complex.

NOTE: Hot Tub is not available June 27-September 3.
