A refundable security/damage deposit of 700.00 CAD is due 5 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented. When a deposit has been received, the booking is considered confirmed and cancellation can only be made according to the terms below: Our 30-day cancellation policy (75 days for Christmas and New Years) is as follows: - Cancellations made with 30 days' notice or more (75 days for Christmas and New Years) are completely refundable, less a $75.00 cancellation fee) - Cancellations within 30 days (75 days for Christmas and New Years) prior to arrival are completely non-refundable. If the days of your original rental can be rebooked, you will receive a refund for the days rented less a $150.00 cancellation fee. You will forfeit all monies paid for any part of the rental period that cannot be rebooked. - Cancellations within 7 days prior to your arrival are completely non-refundable.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 249.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
