Description
Welcome to The Aspens. We occupy the highest address on the mountain and boast THE BEST ski in - out with access to 5 chairlifts and are located off Highway 33 Ski Run. Every chairlift, with the exception of Gem Lake, is accessible to our ski in - out. Ski out to the right to access Black Forest and Bullet Chairs or left to get to Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost. With the ski locker and access door on the same floor as our condo, you are on the hill almost as soon as you step out our door. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is beautifully renovated for your family to enjoy. Come relax after a day of skiing in our private hot tub with breathtaking mountain views or settle in to our cozy living room with the fireplace warming you up. We have everything you need to make your family vacation comfortable and memorable. Our kitchen is sparkling clean and our dining table has plenty of room to share meals and games together. Every bedroom has a big screen TV and an additional TV is in the living room. The living room has a sofa bed. Cable and Wifi are provided and we will have a manual located in the condo with information at your fingertips about the condo, house rules, and Big White. Your host is a stay at home mom to 2 toddlers, pilot's wife, and former flight attendant. I love to travel anywhere hot, especially Hawaii, but I love to ski equally as much, especially at Big White. I love hot yoga and running (working on my 3rd half marathon training) and wine (oh so much) and hope to start reading again when my kids don't have me running in circles. I live in Calgary but we spend a lot of time in Kelowna with family and friends year round, as well as our place in Big White, which we own with another family. We love watching our kids learn to ski and make lifetime memories at the hill. We LOVE Big White and hope you enjoy our home at the hill as much as we do.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Email Money Transfer
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000 CAD. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner. Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded. *If the Ski Hill is closed because of Covid Restrictions for your booked dates, I will offer a full refund. If it remains open, the regular cancellation policy will remain in place.* If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 05:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 8 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
