Ski-in - ski-out from this perfectly located, stunning 2,200 sq. Ft. 4 bedroom - den - 4 bath townhouse is just steps from the Sun Run-a great green run groomed daily, and Telus Park, both lit for night skiing. Soak up the fabulous Monashee Mountain views in the private hot tub on the deck. The 2 master bedrooms both feature ensuites, with a slate steam shower and rainfall showerhead in the upstairs room. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of single bunk and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed. The gourmet kitchen has a large island with eating bar, excellent equipment, wine rack and chilled wine cabinet and dining for 8.There’s also a heated drying cupboard and wireless internet access. The attached double garage is heated with racks for boots. Not that you’ll need the car-even the village is just a short walk away. You can catch a ride on the free shuttle which stops just outside the Aspens complex.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 700.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
Payment Methods

Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented. When a deposit has been received, the booking is considered confirmed and cancellation can only be made according to the terms below: Our 30-day cancellation policy (75 days for Christmas and New Years) is as follows: - Cancellations made with 30 days' notice or more (75 days for Christmas and New Years) are completely refundable, less a $75.00 cancellation fee) - Cancellations within 30 days (75 days for Christmas and New Years) prior to arrival are completely non-refundable. If the days of your original rental can be rebooked, you will receive a refund for the days rented less a $150.00 cancellation fee. You will forfeit all monies paid for any part of the rental period that cannot be rebooked. - Cancellations within 7 days prior to your arrival are completely non-refundable.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. A guest must request this optional service. Local calls are free.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 269.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

Parking is free.
Hot Tub Service & Fee
There is a hot tub heating or maintenance fee. Fee of 17.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)
