With cozy bamboo flooring and fully furnished, all you have to do is walk in and enjoy. Situated in a gated community, this property offers a heated pool, fitness centre and clubhouse just steps away. Located on the ground floor, this unit offers easy access as well as a lovely patio. Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 45 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due on arrival. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 250 USD

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 85.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
