Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee.
A non-refundable security wavier of $35.00 is required to be paid directly to the Property Manager on each booking, This provides the guest up to $500 in damage protection. This fee is not included in any totals quoted and is to be paid direct to the Property Manager.
