Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM
This property is not suitable for party groups. Please observe all noise bylaws and rules of the local jurisdiction and the Strata Corporation (resort). There is zero tolerance for noise occuring in both inside and outside areas during the quiet time. Guests and visitors shall refrain from using loud and abusive language and noise levels at all hours of the day. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Visitors of guests must leave the resort property before 11:00PM. Outdoor activities are not permitted after 11:00 PM. If unreasonaly noisy, Guests may be fined. If a warning is not adhered to, the Guest will be evicted without a refund.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
This is a non-smoking resort. Please do not smoke in the condo, on the balconies, or in common areas. Guests are asked not to leave cigarette buts on the grounds. The No Smoking policy is very strict. It applies to all occupants and Guests. Smoking violations will result in fines and may result in eviction with no refund.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Property may not be fully suitable for your children. Please inspect the facility upon arrival and contact Owner if you have any questions or concerns. Children's furniture may be requested at no charge, based on availability. Cribs and playpens are available from a third party (we can provide contact information). Babysitting is available from a third party upon request. Babysitting must be booked well in advance. There is normally a maximum of 2 chiidren per babysitter. There is no lifeguard on duty. Observe all resort policies and instructions. All children must be supervised at all times.
Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
This accommodation caters to families and mature adult groups only. With the exception of family members under the direct supervision of the Guest, the Renting Party must be 25 years of age or older OR must be a couple. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Additional Details: Ideal for reunions, weddings, anniversaries, corporate retreats, etc. However, hosting a function/party is not allowed (please enquire of Owner at time of booking if you have any questions). Extra or unauthorized occupanats could result in immediate eviction without refund.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
A minimum "Fine" of 200.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.
Guest is asked to start the diswasher.
Guest is asked to start the first load of laundry.
Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower.
If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Beach towels are supplied.
100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding.
Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
A fee or refundable deposit is collected for parking.
There is ample parking on the property including space to park a boat.
Extra parking stalls are sometimes available for a charge.
Airport Transfer Services & Fees
A guest must request this optional service.
Owner offers airport transfers.
A rental vehicle is required.
Third party transfer services are available.
Fees are based on a one-way trip.

Payments & Deposit

Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing.
Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Short notice requests can only be paid by Visa or Master Card.
For long stays, a payment processing surcharge may apply.
At the time of payment, the current exchange rate will apply. Discuss with owner.
Money orders & bank drafts must be in Canadian funds.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.
For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
If a credit card account numer is NOT provided for the damage deposit, full payment of the damage deposit is also due 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
1. Request must be in writing. 2. If requesting cancellation more than 60 days before your arrival date, the refund will be 95% of your current deposits, less $60 booking fee. 3. If requesting cancellation less than 60 days before your arrival date, we will endeavor to re-rent the guest suite for you. The above cancellation fees will still apply if the guest suite is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken on arrival date. If you prefer, a refundable security/damage deposit may also be paid by cheque 30 days prior to arrival. Please see your rental agreement for more information. The damage deposit is refundable within 14 days after check-out. Credit card security for the damage deposit on long-term stays is not available. If you have any questions, please discuss details with Owner at time of booking.

All amenities of the hotel are included at no extra charge - swimming pool, hot tubs, fitness Centre, BBQ Deck, sauna, etc. Also located in the complex is the Lake City Casino. The resort is located 3 blocks north of downtown Kelowna for shopping, restaurants, theatres, and entertainment.

The resort has a full service spa available to guest. Services include a fitness centre, weight room, and massage therapy. Guests are not charged for pool and gym/fitness, but there is a fee for some spa services. The BBQ Deck in the common area is a great place to watch the fireworks on Canada Day!
