This is a great suite, in a great building in the middle of downtown Vancouver, with very good security. The property manager was very helpful.

Centrally located, (a five star on that matter) - transportation to every corner of town just downstairs and just a hop and a skip from the water line. Has decent views. The building generally well maintained and clean, the apartment is in good condition as well. The kitchen is decent with enough space and equipment for basic cooking. Nice bathroom. HOWEVER: Extremely small space, sub-optimal (putting it mildly) floor plan that separates the tight space into even smaller spaces by superfluous doors. The biggest drawback - no air flow and of course - NO AC. And since our stay (a full month) overlapped an unusually hot and humid period - we had to rely on the 3 fans in the apartment day and night as a life line. The inability to cool the apartment to a comfortable temperature, especially during night was a substantial minus for us.
On the plus side again - high responsiveness from the agent that represented the apartment owners.
