Kalmalka Lake is a 30 minute drive/taxi from the property. The fine sand beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is a private boat launch ramp and dock.
The very beautiful destination lakes of "Okanagan", "Kalmalka", and "Swan" are all within an easy 40 minute drive. Summer rentals are usually weekly.
Ski/Board Out is directly to a downhill run from the property. Ski/Board In is directly back to the property (no walking).
Location on a ski hill is everything! Ski 'right out' and 'right in' from the Silver Queen Ski-Way to the door of your private equipment locker. Look for "I-15" on Resort Map.

This property was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is well appointed. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, towels, etc. Everything to make it home away from home. An apartment in the lower level was perfect for our son and his family including a 1 1/2 year old who still naps. The bunk room was great for the 4 boys. Looking out the window at the snow covered trees was magical.

Then relax with a nice Apres-ski in the steaming hot tub right outside your door (with a great view of the face of Silver Star Mountain and the surrounding Monashee Range)!
The Chalet sleeps up to 15 people with great access to all Village amenities and restaurants (less than a 3-minute walk).
The chalet is also only a short walk to Tube town and Brewers Skating Pond.
