Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 35 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, 10 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner takes a credit card number in case of any damages done to the home.

We had a wonderful family holiday here.

Top quality accommodation with comfortable beds and lounges. Lots of space for a large family or multiple couples. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and ensuite, lounge and loft spaces both with TVs.

It's set high on The Knoll with an uninterrupted view over Silverstar Mountain resort. Positioned at the top of Silver Queen chair, it's perfect for skiers and for those who just want to watch others enjoying themselves. Just a couple steps and you are on the slopes. Just a short stroll to tube town.

Also has 2 undercover car spaces, so no one needs to get out in the snow to get out of the car.

This place is great for larger groups, lots of space spread out through different levels (lots of stairs!). It really has everything you need and more - sauna, hot tub, and a ski-in/ski-out location which couldn't be any better.
Everyone loved the place, we all want to come back next year. :)

This (combined with the other unit) is ideal for family or adult groups, with lots of bed options, kitchen options, hot tubs, and a fantastic location VERY close to the top of the Silver Queen chair.

We've rented this unit on a few occasions with absolutely no complaints (aside, perhaps, from the number of stairs, as this unit is sort of built into the side of a hill, and is 4 or 5 split levels as a result). Mind you, this is also a huge perk if you need to be able to have a little space of your own - kids games downstairs, adults upstairs?
