Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 35 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, 10 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

This (combined with the other unit) is ideal for family or adult groups, with lots of bed options, kitchen options, hot tubs, and a fantastic location VERY close to the top of the Silver Queen chair.

We've rented this unit on a few occasions with absolutely no complaints (aside, perhaps, from the number of stairs, as this unit is sort of built into the side of a hill, and is 4 or 5 split levels as a result). Mind you, this is also a huge perk if you need to be able to have a little space of your own - kids games downstairs, adults upstairs?
