This well-appointed home is located in an enviable location right on the corner of Monashee and Silver Queen Road. Easy ski in and ski out access. Only a 5 minute walk to the village or the Adventure Centre featuring Tube Town, the outdoor ice rink, Tube Town Cafe and outdoor firepit and the 10 pin bowling alley.

5 Full bathrooms-
Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite and there is also a bathroom in the great room. Please note: all the bathrooms have a shower; the bunk room ensuite has a bath tub as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked with upgraded amenities.

Two living room areas on different floors allows for plenty of privacy. The great room has a gas fireplace, lots of comfy seating and a dining room table that seats 8. The main level recreation room has an air hockey table, a TV/DVD and a Playstation 1.

A heated ski room with direct access to the trails is on the main floor. On the top floor you can enjoy your private hot tub on a covered deck with a view of the village. Bonus: At Winterhaven the hot tub is included in both the winter and summer months at no additional charge.

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could make first tracks in the morning.

Winter Haven a real delight!

We just got back from 5 days at Winter Haven and loved this property. We were 2 families of 4 so 8 total. There is tons of sleeping space and each bedroom has a full ensuite - this is incredible for Silver Star properties. The kids (teenagers) had their own games room which was great as it was on separate floor and they could make as much noise as they wanted and not impact the adults. The location of this property is wonderful too - ski in/out and short walk to village. I also loved that there were extra supplies of toilet paper, kleenex and soap in all the bathrooms. So many other rentals only supply bare minimum and you are then forced to buy more mid-stay. A couple of things we would have like to see : bigger BBQ (they have little habachi type), better lighting in the kitchen (couple of bulbs were out), and more seating in the living room (while dining table sat all of us comfortably there are not enough seats in the living area so we had to pull over dining chairs). But all in all a great property that is obviously well cared for and very clean. We would rent this property again.
