Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 525.00 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years' holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is 25% of the rental rate and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

This home is ideally situated with arguably the best ski in/ski out on the mountain with a ski way right out the backyard. It is a complete home (without any rental suites) on two levels including a heated garage for storing skis/bikes, as well as a waxing station and a brand-new hot tub and BBQ.

This highly sought after home has all the facilities needed for entertainment and relaxation. A comfortable living room contains a television, VCR, and DVD player, as well as a stereo system for listening to CDs and Tapes, and a radio.

An open concept kitchen and spacious dining area presents the opportunity for relaxing evening meals around the table – no doubt discussing the day’s events over a bottle or two. Powder Blue also has 2 coffee machines – one using Keurig K-Cup capsule pods and one drip style coffee pot.

For those not wishing to sample one of the restaurants in the area, the kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, stove and oven. There is a brand-new gas barbeque and a private washer/dryer for your laundry.

Just for that little bit of extra luxury, this home has a sauna and an outside hot tub – a fantastic way to relax weary muscles after a hard day’s activities.

Bonus: The brand-new hot tub is open for both the winter and summer seasons (closed during the shoulder seasons)

There are three outdoor parking spots available during your stay. The garage is not available for parking, but you may use this to store gear – there is also a waxing bench for you to use.

Powder Blue is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

After a day of riding hard, the sauna and hot tub were a welcome relief for aching muscles.
