Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

We have relaxed our cancellation policy for the 2021/2022 Season – Book your vacation now with peace of mind.

If you cannot travel to Silver Star Mountain for your booking dates due to the mountain closing or due to a COVID-19 related reason, (which would include issues such as borders closing, a public health restriction to travel, verifiable proof of contacting COVID-19, or being forced to self-isolate due to contact), we will refund the non-refundable deposit and balance payment up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations within the 14 days, will be considered on a case by case basis and an administration fee will apply. We still strongly recommend trip cancellation for any non-related COVID-19 cancellation. These policies do not apply to the Owner Direct matching fee.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 525.00 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

what an amazing place to stay for the week. the views were amazing. you can see the lights of Vernon and Okanagan lake. easy access to the ski hill, only a 5 minute walk. Lots of room for the family. great game room and entertainment room for the kids and the adults. plenty or room for sleeping and socializing. Great hospitality, when ever we had any questions or concerns they were met/answer promptly. We would definitely rent this place again!!!

A 2-1/2 story home featuring 3144 sq. Ft. Of beautifully updated and decorated living. Natural gas in-floor hot water heat is a nice feature after a day of skiing. The main deck off the living room provides a view of the trees. Another covered deck with the hot tub is right outside of the kitchen and a BBQ.

You can comfortably sleep 14 people with five bedrooms and three baths (and five T.V.’s). The vaulted ceilings and tall windows frame the dramatic views of Okanagan Lake and the city of Vernon. Fabulous sunsets.

The bright and airy main living area has a 2-way gas fireplace for a warm and comfortable ambiance. There is a T,V, in the living room. The dining room is an open concept with the living room with lots of windows and light. The large eat-in kitchen has four newer stainless appliances and a breakfast bar, along with a T.V. A full bathroom with bathtub is adjacent to the main level bedroom.

Private upper-level master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and ensuite with a soaker tub and separate shower and another T.V.

The lower level offers loads of room to entertain with a kitchenette (sink, counter for preparation, additional overhead cabinets and a fridge) and a separate entrance. The family room has an electric fireplace and T.V. Separate games room with a foosball table, air hockey table, some tables/chairs, and a dartboard.

The bonus room is a media room with two-tier seating for screen viewing of the 60. T.V. Perfect for popcorn and movie nights. Washer/dryer is also included. Top all this off with a third full bathroom with a shower.

There are lots of storage areas and room for your gear. Please note the garage is not part of the rental.

There are three outdoor parking spots available during your stay.

Bonus: The hot tub is open during the winter and summer seasons at no extra charge.

Please Note: This home has an occupied suite; however, as a renter, you have a separate entrance and do not share any facilities within the property.

The kitchen was well equipped with all necessities and it was nice to have a second fridge/freezer downstairs for all the extra food. The ski/in ski/out is through an access between houses approx. 5 houses down, a little uphill and small walk but not a big deal. We loved the backside of the mountain with the more challenging runs as most of us were experienced skiers, not as many green runs for the less experienced on this mountain.
