Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 525.00 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 500.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.

We have relaxed our cancellation policy for the 2020/2021 Season – Book your vacation now with peace of mind.

If you cannot travel to Silver Star Mountain for your booking dates due to the mountain closing or due to a COVID-19 related reason, (which would include issues such as borders closing, a public health restriction to travel, verifiable proof of contacting COVID-19, or being forced to self-isolate due to contact), we will refund the non-refundable deposit and balance payment up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations within the 14 days, will be considered on a case by case basis and an administration fee will apply. We still strongly recommend trip cancellation for any non-related COVID-19 cancellation. These policies do not apply to the Owner Direct matching fee.

The property is limited to the maximum occupancy stated on the property and that you have confirmed at the time of booking. Due to COVID-19, provincial and regional restrictions may apply to your reservation and number of occupants allowed. In BC, there could be up to a $2,000 fine for not adhering to current provincial and regional restrictions by local bylaw or RCMP. These restrictions are subject to change.

This premium location gives you the best of both worlds. Direct ski-in/ski-out access from the backdoor and only 3 minutes walk along the trail to the village. Free parking, free wi-fi, and free cable.

This home boasts an open design with vaulted cedar ceilings in the great room area. Open concept with dining area and kitchen. – the brand new fridge. There is a deck off the kitchen with a brand new BBQ. On the lower level, there is a third deck so lots of light and views. The great room features a gas fireplace. Above the great room in the loft area is a brand new pull out couch and a flat-screen T.V. The lower level has another gas fireplace 3 brand new cozy couches. There are three living areas for your family or group to spread out. There is a double garage that is great for storage – especially in the summer for bikes and summer toys.

This unit has 3 parking spots for vehicles – 2 in the garage and one outside.

There is a heated wax room with the home. Additionally, you have your own washer/dryer, making this a very comfortable home away from home.

IMPORTANT: Brand new hot tub to be installed AFTER the winter season, hot tub will not be available for the winter season.
