If you want to stay in a real home rather than a rental unit then this is the house for you. This house has over 3,800 sq/ft of space over three floors. All bedrooms are on the upper floor, where there is also a cosy living room with a real wood fireplace.

We have 2 master suites - each with sitting-room and en-suite, 2 luxury double bedrooms (both with en-suite), a kids bunk room plus in the lower level there is a kids den with 4 more beds, TV and 2 sofas.

The huge brand-new kitchen/diner has island, breakfast table and a new sitting area with awesome mountain views from the sofa area.

The ground floor also has the main living/dining room with leather sofas, wood stove and pine dining table for 14. At the front there is another living-room with TV and couches.

There is free high speed wi-fi, a colour PC printer, 4 TVs with DVDs and NETFLIX, i-pod bedside hi-fi systems plus a cool Altec i-pod player. The laundry room has new washer and dryer, and the deck with BBQ and private hot-tub overlooks the Monashee Mountains. Bonus - a large Infrared Sauna (shared with the suite).

Rent the interconnecting suite as well and add 2 bedrooms, hot-tub and living-room plus exclusive use of the sauna and parking (whole home including suite sleeps 20) Listing #233507
