Enviable flat driveway with only three entrance stairs to the main floor which features a huge upgraded kitchen that has a large island, breakfast table and a new sitting area with awesome mountain views from the sofa area. Unlike many of the mountain homes which have a 3rd floor kitchen, Green Vacation Mountain Chalet (formerly Mornington) makes it easy to come in and unload groceries.
The ground floor has the living/study room with leather sofas, stereo, and T.V. Enjoy the new electric fireplace. There are 3 dining areas sitting sixteen in total, which is adjacent to the kitchen.
There is free high speed wi-fi and free cable.
The Golden Columbine is the main floor suite with two brand new queen beds. A full washroom on this floor makes this bedroom the ideal choice for any guests who prefer to not climb stairs to the second floor bedroom level.
The laundry room has a new washer and dryer. This is adjacent to the large gear room.
The second-floor features six bedrooms – three with private ensuites and another shared ensuite to service
The single car garage is convenient for bringing in the groceries directly and unloading gear and is great for a secure bike storage in the summer months. There is parking in the driveway for 3 other vehicles. Additional free 24/7 overflow parking available in the village.
The hot tub and BBQ are located on the back deck on this floor, which is nestled in the woods with a lovely view of Monashee Mountains.
