Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

We have relaxed our cancellation policy for the 2021/2022 Season – Book your vacation now with peace of mind.

If you cannot travel to Silver Star Mountain for your booking dates due to the mountain closing or due to a COVID-19 related reason, (which would include issues such as borders closing, a public health restriction to travel, verifiable proof of contacting COVID-19, or being forced to self-isolate due to contact), we will refund the non-refundable deposit and balance payment up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations within the 14 days, will be considered on a case by case basis and an administration fee will apply. We still strongly recommend trip cancellation for any non-related COVID-19 cancellation. These policies do not apply to the Owner Direct matching fee.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 262.50 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

This new suite has been custom built as a ski vacation suite with attention to every detail. Built by the owner who is a builder.

Bed configuration:
Master Bedroom: Double (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom: Lower Queen/Upper Single (sleeps 3)

Bathroom:
Tub/Shower - with state of the art fixtures.

This is the newest suite at Silver Star located in the enviable Knoll area. It backs on to the multi-purpose skiway for good access to ski-in or ski-out. You can also hop on the free shuttle that runs continuously if you would like to stay in the village for some apres-ski.

The suite boasts heated floors, large windows, high ceilings, ensuite laundry, BBQ and private hot tub. No expense was spared.

There is a large common room for both the home and the suite. It features lots of room for gear, a William's wall-mounted combo 6 pair boots and 6 pair glove dryer, and also a ski waxing area. The laundry is located in this area as well.

Experience the luxury of this suite with everything bright, sparkling clean, and new.

We welcome pets!!! $30.00 per night/per pet plus tax.

This is a fully equipped condo with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

There is one outdoor parking spots available for your stay.

**Please note: The garage is for the owner's private use and not part of the rental.
