Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 525.00 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

No fees are charged for credit card processing.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

We have relaxed our cancellation policy for the 2021/2022 Season – Book your vacation now with peace of mind.

If you cannot travel to Silver Star Mountain for your booking dates due to the mountain closing or due to a COVID-19 related reason, (which would include issues such as borders closing, a public health restriction to travel, verifiable proof of contacting COVID-19, or being forced to self-isolate due to contact), we will refund the non-refundable deposit and balance payment up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations within the 14 days, will be considered on a case by case basis and an administration fee will apply. We still strongly recommend trip cancellation for any non-related COVID-19 cancellation. These policies do not apply to the Owner Direct matching fee.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

This home enjoys great ski in and out due to its central location and lower Knoll location. Full of light and tasteful finishing - this home will impress you as soon as you enter the roomy and bright mudroom with storage for all the gear.

Also on this level is a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry. The Hot Tub is on this level with ground floor access. The hot tub can also be accessed from the second story brand new deck.

The ground level suite may be accessed from the mudroom or from a separate entrance. Features a full kitchen and cozy living room.

Ascend to the main floor for great apres ski enjoyment and a brand new kitchen with new stainless appliances including a gas stove with a double oven that will surely inspire the chef. Bright open concept living room also features a raised fireplace and T.V.

Kick back around the cozy fireplace and gaze up at the slopes of Silver Star Mountain.

Upstairs are three nicely sized bedrooms with the master bedroom with T.V., enjoying a three-piece large shower ensuite plus another full bathroom. Almost all bathrooms have glass enclosures, new flooring, heated floors, and towel racks and plumbing fixtures.

Handy reading/sitting alcove off the bedrooms is a great place for gaming, watching T.V. A new double sofa bed will be installed this summer, providing semi-private sleeping for 2.

Further updating includes a new torch on the roof, exterior, and interior paint. All interior and exterior doors and hardware, exterior and interior trim, new hardwood, tile, and carpet throughout. New boiler, hot water tank, and lighting.

With the whole house, you get access to 2 BBQs – one on the main level (ID 239808) and the other on the suite level (ID 246386).

There are four outdoor parking spots available during your stay.

Bonus: The private hot tub is open year-round for your use at no additional cost.
