Special rates and conditions do not apply to holidays or last minute specials. Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years' holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. The maximum stay during the winter season is 31 days. For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due two months prior to arrival. We do offer some longer rentals between April - November. Please inquire.
Housekeeping is not included during your stay, but if you require additional housekeeping, it can be arranged at an additional cost.
