Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 525.00 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

No fees are charged for credit card processing.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 525.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Updating the policies so it now reads:
We have relaxed our cancellation policy for the 2020/2021 Season – Book your vacation now with peace of mind.

If you cannot travel to Silver Star Mountain for your booking dates due to the mountain closing or due to a COVID-19 related reason, (which would include issues such as borders closing, a public health restriction to travel, verifiable proof of contacting COVID-19, or being forced to self-isolate due to contact), we will refund the non-refundable deposit and balance payment up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations within the 14 days, will be considered on a case by case basis and an administration fee will apply. We still strongly recommend trip cancellation for any non-related COVID-19 cancellation. These policies do not apply to the Owner Direct matching fee.

The property is limited to the maximum occupancy stated on the property and that you have confirmed at the time of booking. Due to COVID-19, provincial and regional restrictions may apply to your reservation and number of occupants allowed. In BC, there could be up to a $2,000 fine for not adhering to current provincial and regional restrictions by local bylaw or RCMP. These restrictions are subject to change.

You can’t get a better location or views than this. The house is a 3 bedroom main house (ID 252050) plus a studio suite(ID 254858) that sleeps 14. Walk right out your back door to the ski way that takes you right to the village (in less than 2 minutes), XC or Alpine ski trails.

Bed Configuration:
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with ensuite (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: Two Single/Single Bunk Beds (sleeps 4)

Loft: Futon (ideally sleeps 2 children)

The main living area has amazing floor-to-ceiling windows so you can enjoy the view with your morning coffee or glass of wine after a day of skiing. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are open concept so that everyone can visit while making dinner or even just relaxing after a busy day.

Need some extra room. This house has an externally attached studio suite (ID 254858) with a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. This is perfect for the grandparents or if you need a little extra space. Access the suite by the covered outside stairs but it has the same amazing view of the mountain.

It has private laundry, BBQ, and a private hot tub on the deck with unbelievable views.

Bonus: The hot tub is open for the winter and summer seasons at no additional cost. During the offseason, you may pay to have the hot tub open for an additional fee.

The garage can be used for the storage of ski gear and bikes but it’s not big enough for a vehicle.

The unit has an enviable flat driveway and there are four outdoor parking spots available during your stay.

Special Rates:

Mid-week Special: Arrive Sunday - stay five nights. Pay for four - Thursday night is on us. This special will be applied by OwnerDirect customer service, once a request is received.

Weekly Rates: Arrive any day of the week, Stay 7 nights - get the 7th night free! This discount, if applicable, is already reflected in the total quoted.

Special rates and conditions do not apply to holidays or last minute specials.
