If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 525.00 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family. This house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the Knoll. It has incredible views of the Monashee Mountains and backs right onto the skiway – can’t get any better than that.

Walk in the front door straight to your open main living area (with the views). This is a perfect area for everyone to gather after an incredible day on the mountain. This floor has a full kitchen, living room, dining area, a washroom with a shower, and the main floor hot tub. On this deck, there is also a BBQ for your use.

The den is on the main floor and has a pullout couch and a TV. This den also has a door so it’s perfect for kids and can be an extra private sleeping space too.

From the main living area, head upstairs to all the bedrooms and another bathroom. The has an ensuite and there is another full bathroom on this level.

From the entryway, head downstairs to the fully equipped suite (which is connected via an internal staircase). This suite has a full kitchen, living room, and dining room as well as another hot tub. There is also a bedroom (sleeps 2) and futon in the living room for 2 more guests.

This lower level also has extra ski storage and a laundry room.

It has an enviable flat driveway, incredible views of the mountain, and enough space for your entire family.

The two hot tubs are operational during the ski season only. To use it outside of the ski season, it may be arranged at an additional fee with enough advance notice.

There are four outdoor parking spots available during your stay and there is an EV charging station available.

Weekly Rates: Arrive any day of the week, Stay 7 nights - get the 7th night free! This discount, if applicable, is already reflected in the total quoted.
