The bedrooms are 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bunk bedroom with double bunk on bottom and single on top. Main floor has a Master Bedroom and a 2 full bathrooms, large dining area and large kitchen. There is a Barrel Vaulted ceiling over the loft that overlooks the high ceiling Living Room. The main floor as a bright open floor layout. The upper floor has a loft with 2 queen hide-a-beds and a bunk-room with 2 double bunks on bottom and single bunks up and a master bedroom with queen bed and balcony plus another full bathroom with double sinks. The walk out basement has a heated ski-room with laundry and walks out to covered deck and covered spacious Hot Tub. This Home offers a 55" & 42" flat screen HD TVs with blueray players and high speed wireless internet. Well stocked kitchens with full compliment of appliances. There is an easement beside home that is groomed and offers extra snow fun and sledding for small children right at the house. The home is tastefully decorated and has been totally renovated in 2018 with new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and furniture and plumbing and lighting fixtures, and has a display ledge of model houses, vehicles and more. The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent. Long term rentals are confirmed with a deposit that depends on the length of the stay.
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 1 nights rent) will be refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
