Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are no requirements.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 225.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 6 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 50.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 750.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 750.00 CAD is due immediately. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 5 nights rent) will be refunded. Cancellation within 30 nights of arrival, there is no refund. Please note: There is a different policy for cancellations due to Covid-19. Please speak with an OwnerDirect representative for more information. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
