Nice condo. Clean. Convenient location. Kitchen was equipped with necessities. Basic supplies also supplied: salt, pepper, toilet paper, soap, etc. Beautiful views. The pass to Banff was a nice touch, thank you! And the underground parking was GREAT!

great place, easy to find. Not much parking outside. the unit we stayed in could really use a splatter screen for the frying pans - just a suggestion. we didn't know where to throw out the excess garbage. loved that is had a balcony!
ensuite bath for master bedroom was awesome.

This condo was amazing! There were six of us sharing the space and it was more than enough room for a long weekend! Clean and perfectly situated - could walk to downtown Canmore. Only a 20 minute drive to the ski hill. Pool and hot tub were great! Add everything you needed in the kitchen to make your own meals too!

Would stay here again!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This property knows how to make guests comfortable and welcome. Our suite was clean and well appointed - not sure what else we would have needed. The front desk staff were great - a couple of problems were encountered but they were taken care of immediately. My elderly aunt came to visit and they gave her a card/key to get into our building and it didn't work. She took it back and a staff member from the front desk escorted her up to our suite and waited to make sure we were home. Doesn't get much better than that! Thank you for caring - I'm sorry, I wish I would have gotten your name.

Great location to stay while skiing in Banff. We stayed for the weekend while skiing at Sunshine. The condo was clean and conveniently located.

We were a diverse group of six - a trip for my wife and I to take visitors from Mexico for their first ever trip to the Canadian Rockies. Our group ranged in age from 27 to 63.
The condo unit was excellent, well equipped, and had everything we needed. It has a nice view of the pool area and the mountains behind.
The only drawback for us was the distance down a very long hallway from the elevators to the unit. My wife had recently had knee surgery, so this was a little inconvenient. It was an even further walk to take the garbage to the right place. (no my wife did not have to make THAT walk!)
The entry key card failed once, which we discovered when we tried to get into the garage after being out for dinner. That was fixed in a quick stop at the front desk.
For the most part, we were out touring all day, so did not use the pool or the hot tub.
Over all, this was an excellent condo for our stay, and we would return without hesitation.

We all thought that is was a very nice suite; and I would recommend it to anyone. It was clean, looked like new and was well equipped. Given that we were two couples it was perfect to have two separate bedrooms, and two separate bathrooms.

However, it was a bit disconcerting to me that the “check in” front desk had NO record of my name, or reservation, when I first arrived. The lady working there ended up having to phone the condo owner directly to confirm my reservation, and to get permission to allow us to have the keys to the condo. Now, my perception (rightly or wrongly) at the time was that the confusion came in because we had not made the booking through the Lodges at Canmore directly. As such, this particular condo was not considered part of their “co-operative” of suites. That fact actually raised its’ ugly head a couple of times during our stay. When we initially couldn’t get our BBQ working we called the front desk for assistance. They were willing to send up a maintenance man – at a cost of $22.00 – to assist us. We declined. Again, we believed this charge was related to the fact that this condo was not deemed to be part of their co-operative, inner circle of suites. In a similar vein, a couple of days into our stay, my girlfriend and her sister wanted a steam iron – so as to iron a few of their clothes. We weren’t able to locate one in the suite, so they inquired at the front desk. Again, they were told that because the condo was not in their stable of suites, they would not provide one. We were not impressed by their stance in this regard. Regardless of what status the condo might have in their eyes, the simple, neighbourly thing to do would have been to just lend my two female friends an iron for an hour or so. Suffice it to say that they made us feel a bit like black sheep staying at this property.

With all of that being said, and as I alluded to before, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Nor, would I shy away from recommending it to family or friends.
