Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

We have relaxed our cancellation policy for the 2021/2022 Season – Book your vacation now with peace of mind.

If you cannot travel to Silver Star Mountain for your booking dates due to the mountain closing or due to a COVID-19 related reason, (which would include issues such as borders closing, a public health restriction to travel, verifiable proof of contacting COVID-19, or being forced to self-isolate due to contact), we will refund the non-refundable deposit and balance payment up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations within the 14 days, will be considered on a case by case basis and an administration fee will apply. We still strongly recommend trip cancellation for any non-related COVID-19 cancellation. These policies do not apply to the Owner Direct matching fee.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 525.00 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

Perfectly located in SilverStar with true ski-in/out, lovely views and short walk to village. Modern and well equipped. Each bedroom has own bathroom, 2 of which double as common bathroom for each floor. Loved the Sonos audio with multiple zones including hot tub.

Wonderful people to communicate with.
Lots of room.
Beautiful kitchen and dining area. And they had 2 big tea pots. (My daughter's favorite!)
The hot tub was a hit!
Definitely a place to consider if you are a lot of people. (8 adults, 2 kids and a baby)

Lots of warm wood and great views make this home extra special. The large open entryway boasts a wooden staircase leading up to the main living floor.

Enter through the large heated ski/bike room that has ample space for all your gear and winter wear. This room has a door so it is blocked off from the rest of the house, making for a warm and inviting feel within.

Two master bedroom suites, each with their own ensuite are on this floor and they have access to a second deck. There is also a comfy bunkbed bedroom with an adjoining washroom and washer/dryer on this floor.

The bright and spacious open concept upper-level living area opens onto a deck with a hot tub with a plumbed-in BBQ with surround sound both inside and out as well as sweeping views in all directions. Lots of large windows allow you to enjoy the sunrises as well as the views up the mountain.

The upscale kitchen has everything you will need and all the extra touches you will appreciate such as a crockpot and other items that you would expect to find in an executive home of this caliber.

On this upper floor, there is a fourth bedroom with an adjacent washroom. The added bonus is a separate den/media room which allows for two “living areas” within this home. This den features a queen-size pull-out couch effectively making this a five-bedroom home for the price of four. Enjoy the recently upgraded 50” TV with soundbar and Apple TV plus cable.

The house has free high-speed unlimited wi-fi and keyless entry.

There are two outdoor parking spots available for your stay.

Please Note: This home has an occupied suite in the basement; however, as a renter, you have a separate entrance and do not share any facilities within the property.

Mid-week Special: Arrive Sunday - stay five nights. Pay for four - Thursday night is on us. This special will be applied by OwnerDirect customer service, once a request is received.

Weekly Rates: Arrive any day of the week, Stay 7 nights - get the 7th night free! This discount, if applicable, is already reflected in the total quoted.
