You can’t get a better location or views than this. The property is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on Silver Queen Road overlooking the mountain and village that sleeps 10. Walk right out your back door to the ski way that takes you right to the village (in less than 2 minutes), XC, or Alpine ski trails.Bed Configuration:

The main living area in the property has amazing floor-to-ceiling windows so you can enjoy the view with your morning coffee or glass of wine after a day of skiing. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are an open concept so that everyone can visit while making dinner or even just relaxing after a busy day.
The property has private laundry, BBQ, and a private hot tub on the deck with unbelievable views.
Summer Bonus: Air conditioning has been recently installed in the living room and two main bedrooms of The View Upper. This will keep it nice and cool during those warmer days.
Bonus: The hot tub is open year-round for your use.
Note: This home may be rented with the lower-level studio suite (ID 254858) if available. This suite is connected via an external staircase and would sleep 4 extra guests. Otherwise, this suite. The garage can be used for the storage of ski gear and bikes but it’s not big enough for a vehicle.
The unit has an enviable flat driveway and there are two outdoor parking spots available during your stay.

Special rates and conditions do not apply to holidays or last minute specials. Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years' holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is 25% of the rental rate and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The maximum stay during the winter season is 31 days. For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due two months prior to arrival.
Housekeeping is not included during your stay, but if you require additional housekeeping, it can be arranged at an additional cost.
