Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 150 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
For Christmas & New Years bookings final payment and cancellation must be 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing.
Visa, Master Card
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.

Your stay promises to be an unforgettable time of relaxation and memory-making. Whether you’re hiking the nearby Sinclair Creek trails, soaking in the onsite hot tub or swimming pool, golfing one of the over 20 nearby courses or simply curling up with a book next to the gas fireplace, enjoying the almost 360 degree views and the modern amenities of this loft suite will be a highlight.

We offer one underground parking stall for your use, and one additional guest parking in front of the building. The club house is right across from the building, allowing simple travel to and from the pool with the kids.
