Mountain views from both the back and front windows of the unit and from both patio decks.Fully renovated in 2016,this is a large 2 bedroom ,2 bath unit in a well managed complex with easy access to Blackcomb lifts,Upper Village and the ski - snowshoe trails of Lost Lake.The "Home Run" ski-out trail off Blackcomb brings you to the front of our complex and a free shuttle to ski lifts is available. The fireplace is not the heating source for the unit. The unit is heated by electricity. It is a wood-burning fireplace, but rarely used. As the owner does not supply firewood, guests would be responsible for purchasing their own.
This unit is available for rent for a minimum of 5 consecutive nights.
**Please note that the double bed referenced is a sofa bed located in the living room.**

Check IN: 3:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 2 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 10 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 300.00 CAD for stays that are 1 to 10 nights in duration.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 CAD is due on arrival.
Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Parking
Parking is free.
Cleaning During Stay
