Terms And Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Payments already made at time of deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation (except any damage deposit recevied, which will be refunded immediately), unless,and only to the exent the unit is rerented. Every effort will be made to rerent and if it can be done a refund will be made.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.

Payment Methods

PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque Payments by credit card are through PayPal. Any Transaction fees are charged to the guest.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due 15 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit. The damage deposit will be by credit card through a PayPal invoice. Pay Pal will send instructions--no transaction fees apply and the refund will be credited to your account within 7 days of the end of your stay.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests). Absolutely no smoking in the unit.

The property does not have a phone.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Group & Min. Age Policies

Adult guests must be 19 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. A larger damage deposit will be required for most groups of young people. The amount will be determined during the booking process.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees
