Situated at the top of Big White Mountain village, perched at the edge of a ski run that leads to 3 chair lifts, your family will have plenty of room to spread out at Timber Ridge. Proudly marketed by Okanagan Vacation Properties, this 2 bedroom plus den townhome offers an extra large, bright living room with a large picture window, smart TV and propane fireplace to enjoy your family time at the end of a fun day on the slopes. The open concept floorplan offers a large kitchen with stainless appliances, lots of space for all your food, and a large island for gathering around. Just off the kitchen is the dining table that seats 6. In the master bedroom enjoy the cozy Queen bed with large ensuite and walk-in shower with bench seating. The second bedroom also offers another Queen bed and built-in lighting. Off of the bedrooms is a cozy den with single-over-single bunk beds, another TV and gaming console. Also of note is the extra large entry with large closet for boots and storage, a ski locker outside the front door and a private 2 car tandem garage that offers safe heated storage year round. Although a hot tub can be seen in some of the pictures, it is not operational. House Rules: *Quiet Hours 11pm-8am *Family Friendly Setting. All groups that aren't related must all be 29+ years old *No smoking of anything or vaping anywhere on the property, including the deck. Breaking this rule will result in heavy fines. *Parking is only allowed in the garage. Additional parking is available in Happy Valley through Big White Ski Resort for an additional fee. Parking garage will fit 2 standard size vehicles, not 2 trucks. *Minimum 5 nights are required over Christmas, New Years and Family Day and Spring Break even if the site is allowing you to book. Shorter stays will be cancelled. *This property accommodates 6 adults or a family of 8. Groups of 8 adults cannot be accommodated unless they are adult children in a family group.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 CAD is due 7 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. Do you have a dog allergy? Dogs have stayed at the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
