This 3-Bed 1-Bath House can accommodate 5 guests for a minimum of 6 nights.
Independent villa over looking the sea with a breathtaking waterfront view. Direct access to the rocky coast, beside our property. Located in Mongerbino, 25 km from Palermo, in a strategic point to reach this interesting town and other sites of artistic and cultural interest (Monreale, Cefalù, Solunto, Bagheria ). Agrigento and its temples are one hour away. Very close to the villa seaports like Porticello and Aspra great for buying fish. The house has a nice garden and a very big terrace which is divided into two parts; one side is exposed to the sun and a beautiful view of Capo Zafferano and the other side is protected by an awning. The inside of the house has been remodelled and has a big and very sunny living room, a kitchen, master bedroom and two other bedrooms; it has a bathroom with a shower. The house is surrounded by windows and you have a beautiful view wherever you look. It's advisable to have a car because the closest centre is 3 km away. Saturday arrivals only.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 80.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 30.00 EUR is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 2 weeks)
