Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 49 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 42 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 EUR is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 15 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. A security deposit of 500.00 EUR is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
