Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

We had a lovely stay at this townhouse. It is in excellent condition, well furnished, and well maintained. There were many nice touches, such as plenty of paper supplies, nice soaps, facial wipes and even a welcome bottle of wine. Being able to store our SUV in the garage with the Thule on the roof while it chucked down snow was fantastic. Normally we would take the Thule off to park underground, but we did not have to here, and you could park another car in as well! There is serious pride of ownership with this property. They even have nice frying pans and cookware, not the tired rental property worn out stuff. It feels like this is a home that is used by the owners and occasionally rented out. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it as a base of operations, very close to the village and also skiing.

This unit is really nice. It has three levels and is in what I consider the perfect location, close to the village and just a short walk to Perfection run and my favorite bar, Sessions (formerly Raquel's). It was also really quiet. Loved the extra touches like Kleenex boxes everywhere, facial wipes and a welcome bottle of wine. The hot tub on the deck was clean and welcoming after a day on the slopes.

The townhouse has plenty of space and is perfectly located close to the village and ski runs. It is clean, quiet, and a great value. The bottle of wine was much appreciated. The owners were very easy to deal with and answered our questions within 24 hours. The hot tub is such a nice treat at the end of the day! We'd definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the unit to others.

We love this building because of the great location, the heated bathroom floor, and the nicely furnished units. we have stayed at various units over the last 15 years. It is no longer new, but is well taken care of. We had a little issue with the front door locking. We contacted the owner and they were very responsive solving our problem.
