Description
Welcome to the most central location in Big White Mountain. Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is perfectly located right on the ski run, between all of the town's restaurants and across the street from the grocery and liquor stores. On top of this great location, this property offers a private, secure garage for 2 standard size vehicles.* Within the beautiful townhome, enjoy the luxurious kitchen with stone counters, and filtered water and ice maker. Everything you need to cook family meals is here for your use and there is a large pantry for additional food storage. The open floorplan offers lots of deep seating, a cozy gas fireplace and an extra long dining table that can seat up to 10. A large entry with lots of hooks for everyone's snow suits, a full bathroom and large bedroom with King bed finish off the ground floor. Upstairs you will find a large, open loft area for hanging out. There is a sofa with pull out bed and TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single over single bunk beds. There is also another full washroom with laundry. Out on the sunny deck we have a large hot tub (available winter season only at this time) and BBQ. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind inside and outside the unit. This includes e-cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. This unit is pet friendly for 2 dogs when permission is given by the property manager and with payment of a $100 pet fee. You must pick up your pet waste and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. Any smoking or not picking after up your pet will result in heavy fines. *Garage is not attached and will not fit 2 trucks. Very secure for bikes, snowmobiles or other toys. Additional parking is available in Happy Valley at $20 - night through Big White Resort. In summer there is unlimited additional free parking in the visitor parking and along Big White road.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 45 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation penalty varies with the number of days before arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 30 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Large - up to 34 kilograms (75 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets Do you have a dog allergy? Dogs have stayed at the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 300.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
