Booking Deposit
The first night's rental plus booking fee and applicable taxes OR 25% of the Owner's rent (whichever is greater) is taken as a deposit.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 39 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
In the first 48 hours after placing a booking it may be cancelled for a full refund. Thereafter and up until 90 days prior to arrival guests may cancel and receive a full refund, minus the booking fee charged by the property manager. If a guest cancels from 90 to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit paid will be held in full as a credit toward a booking at the same property within the same winter season or the next. If a guest cancels within 30 days of arrival, a credit of 50% of the pretax price of the booking will be held as a credit toward a booking of the same property valid until the end of the following winter season. In any case where a credit is retained, if we are able to rebook the property to another guest who pays as much or more than the credit on file for overlapping dates, we will issue a refund of the credit after the rebooking guest's arrival. In the rare case where a property for which a credit exists is not longer available to rent through the property manager, either due to a sale of the home or delisting for some other reason, only that portion of the credit which belonged to the property manager will be usable as a credit on a future booking. In brief, all bookings will provide either a refund or a credit (full or partial) on future bookings so guests know that there is limited risk booking in advance in these very uncertain times. **Covid-19 Cancellation Policy** As of Jun 2021 our normal cancellation policy will apply except in cases where a government mandated ban or travel restriction impedes your ability to attend your booking. If a government ban or travel restriction does impact your vacation, we'll hold your deposit as a credit in full toward a booking to be completed within 6 months at the same home or as may be agreed upon on a case by case basis with guests.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving getaway, the unit had everything we needed for a family of 5 adults. Lots of space and a relaxing homey feel. Booking was easy and lots of informative emails.

Lovely Home. But.... the oven did not work, very difficult to make Thanksgivings meals with no oven.
The BBQ had not been cleaned. Grease fire flare ups each time it was used. The hot tub was not being maintained. Turned cloudy on the second day. The drain in the main bathroom shower was clogged.
Spacious and cozy. Great location.

We had our annual ski trip with friends from Canada and the US. This was a very nice spot and we had lots of room. The condo was ready early (we got there at 3 ) and it was very clean, nice linens and comfortable beds. Very attentive hosts and dealt quickly with any questions. The kitchen was well equipped and we had 5 great meals and invited another couple over and easily handled 9 for dinner. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Wifi was good and we had lots of channels on the TV. Location was convenient for getting on Morrissey chair. It was a little bit of a hike if we wanted to come back for lunch though, but did this 3 out of 5 days

The location was perfect, with gorgeous views and ample parking. The home was very clean and well outfitted, right down to the turkey baster we needed for our turkey. They even had a waffle iron and a deep fryer. The fridge was huge and the gas stove a dream to cook on. We were quite impressed that a small winter coat was available in the closet for our grandson, in case they hadn't come prepared for the cold weather. The in floor heating was very appreciated after a cold walk in the falling snow to the nearby village, and the games table in the family room provided an opportunity for some good old family rivalries to be recharged. The bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water. One of my sons is already hoping to rent it during a wine festival. It was PERFECT!

This Trapper's Landing unit is an ultra spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhome perfect for a large family holiday. With convenient ski-in/ski-out access from both the Morrisey Chairlift and the Orient Express, this is a great location for your winter vacation, and you get a great view of Mt Morrisey from both your private balcony and your private hot tub on the patio below. With the ability to sleep up to 12 people everyone can have their own space to relax and recharge, but reconnect in the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. There's also a barbeque on the balcony for you to enjoy a summer cookout.

This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony), a double bed in the second bedroom, a double bed in the third bedroom, a double bed in the fourth bedroom, a sofabed in the sleeping den, and a queen sofabed in the living room.


This is a pet friendly property, so if you'd like to bring your fuzzy family member please leave a note while making your booking request. "Instead of Christmas presents, we rented 'Trapper Landing unit' for a family winter getaway. I choose this condo because it had 4 bedrooms with either a double or queen bed and all 4 couples had their own space. The property was as advertised, the only surprises were good ones. Kitchen was fully equipped and the open floor on the main level allowed us to all enjoy each others company. "[The Property Manager]" was easy to contact with questions pre-arrival and our lift tickets were waiting for us at the condo as promised. This condo is truly ski-in, ski-out. Parking passes are provided but we walked to town. After a full day on the slopes we barbequed our steaks on the patio and then relaxed in the hot tub. The condo was very spacious and as well as 4 bathrooms there were racks in the laundry room for drying for your ski/snowboarding gear and space to store your gear in the attached garage. Our thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful condo with us."
