Description
This is a large 2-bedroom + den, 4-bathroom townhome. The ground level features the living room, dining area, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a half bathroom, and a private balcony off of the living room with a propane barbecue. The second level features the master bedroom with another private balcony and an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom as well. The basement level features the sleeping den with a full bathroom, in-suite laundry facilities room, and access to the patio and private hot tub. From either of the private balconies, you have a fantastic view of runs on Mt Morrisey as well as the start of the Orient Express chairlift. Location Highlights: Trapper's Landing is a large complex with townhomes ideal for family holidays. Located just a short 5 - 7 minute walk to the main village, this location is a great option if you want to have a bit of distance from the hustle and bustle but still be close enough to walk to the day lodge and main lifts. The secondary entrance to the complex is just across from the new Orient Express chairlift for a convenient way to start your day. Across the street from the complex, by the Skier Underpass, is an entrance to the valley trail which runs along hole 17 of the golf course and will lead you to the main village. The next closest complexes are Crystal Forest beside, and McGillivray Creek across the street. SKI-IN - SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, take any run that leads to the Mt Morrisey Connector which will bring you to the back of the complex. To ski out, use the Mt Morrisey Connector to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chiarlifts. Alternatively, you can follow the Valley Trail across the street to the Orient Express, or follow it down to the Sunburst and Sundance Express chairlifts.
Top Of The Mountain does provide some basic amenities such as : Bedding is provided ( pillow cases , Bed Sheets, Blankets). Shampoo , Conditioner , Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper and Towels for the bathrooms. Paper towels, Dish soap , Dishwasher pods, Washing cloths, Drying towels, Coffee , Coffee filters, Assorted Teas, Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Garbage bags and Recycling bags for the kitchen area. Laundry Pods are included.
Please note that the rates apply to 4 guests. Should there be additional guests, up to the maximum of 9, an extra person fee may apply.

Booking Deposit

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and still outside 30 days prior to the arrival date, only the booking fee will be forfeit. The full deposit is forfeit after 48 hours from the initial booking while still 30 days outside of your arrival date. The remainder of your payment for the booking is taken 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival have a 24 hour grace period during which only the booking fee will be retained if you cancel.
To cancel your booking, you must send us an email requesting we cancel your reservation. This request must be made from the email address we have associated with the booking in our system. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will return the inventory to availability and do our best to rebook the dates previously held for you and will provide refunds in accordance with the policy above.

Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
