The pool area has been extensively upgraded and now probably the best available in the local short term rental area. The home is licensed to sleep 16 plus babies. This home is very large with approximately 4000 square feet of air conditioned living space built with upgraded features and furnished to a very high standard. For dining we have a formal dining room, an informal dining area and a large outside covered area with it's own kitchen and accent lighting. For the pleasure of our guest the garage has been converted into a games room with pool table football table and bar plus a separate den that can double up as bedroom 8 with sleeps 3 with bunk beds. There are large screen T. V's both in the family room and the main master bedroom + 4 other T.V's. The estate has extensive communal facilities including large communal pool, tennis, basket ball and children's play area. Fishing and golf are in close proximity to the home. The villa is a few minutes drive from a 24 hour supermarket, fast food and other restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only. it would be gratefully appreciated if guests dispose of their cigarette stubs via the garbage and not leave them in the grounds of the property

Internet Service & Fee

The home has wifi. Please do not alter any of the cables via the router.eg if you disconnect the booster cable this will cut off all cable services including TV and telephone. Instructions are inside the home.

Telephone Fee

Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 30.00 per night based on 1 night or 210.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.
