A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 CAD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival (or 60 days prior to a Christmas/New Years booking), the deposit of one night's rent is refunded if the property is re-rented. Cancellations within these limits will have all payments forfeited.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
