This luxury apartment lies at the heart of the old city center of Florence, just a short walk from the fashionable Via Tornabuoni, and the Dome. It is situated on the first floor of an elegant old palazzo that has recently been restored . During the recent renovation they have carefully restored the eighteenth century frescoes on the ceiling of all the rooms. The antique furnishings are elegant and of excellent quality. The property has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, internet and TV. Around the apartment there are many garages where you can easily park the car. The kitchen recalls the old Florentine traditions and is equipped with all the facilities. The apartment is composed by three double bedrooms, a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed, a terrace, a kitchen and two bathrooms.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 EUR cancellation fee) are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 150 EUR. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 EUR.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival.
