It has recently been completely restored leaving the typical Sicilian touches such as color and the traditional wood-burning oven intact. Cozy and bright, it has three bedrooms, entrance hall, living room kitchen, bathroom, satellite TV, independent air conditioning and heating and a large courtyard equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas. This is the best solution for those traveling with the whole family.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Discover Card, Cash

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a credit card number only (i.e. no charges are processed). Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 40 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
