Terms And Conditions
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Check In/Out times are not flexible. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher & first load of laundry.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for Email Money Transfer, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival). Credit card processing fee 3%. Visa, Master Card
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed on the entire strata complex.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Parking
Parking is free. There is a charge for a lost parking pass.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged for any number of cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
