Payment Methods

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 EUR is due 7 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Check-in is not possible after 9 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 12:00 AM To 09:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

There are no requirements.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 250.00 EUR is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Beach towels are supplied. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
