WELCOME TO OUR VILLA RELAXING PLEASURE Set in the heart of the beautiful Split Riviera, this Villa is your perfect holiday home. Like a true oasis of peace and tranquility, this luxurious villa will provide the ideal sanctuary for all admirers of the Mediterranean climate. The villa is a luxurious five star villa near the city of Trogir, whose exclusive location and modern architecture provide the perfect blend of the natural environment and modern technology. Let's take a walk..... ENTRANCE FLOOR Living room & Kitchen This is the "middle floor" of the house. From the main door you will immediately access to the lounge area. This open space living room comes with a sofa, a FLAT screen TV, a billiard table and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 9 people. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, big set of cutlery, all kind of glasses, a variety of plates, bowls, cooking pans and frying pans. From this open space you have access to a huge terrace with sea view with outdoor furniture. UPPER FLOOR Two bedrooms for 5 people Above the lounge area, through a spiral staircase you will access to two of the four bedrooms. The bedrooms comes with en-suite bathroom. One of the bedroom is a triple room and it provide a double bed and a single bed. All the beds are box spring beds and very comfortable. Each room has a safe and access to a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. From the balcony you have an amazing sea view. The bathrooms come with double sink and a walk-in shower. Towels, bathrobes and toiletries are also provided. LOWER FLOOR Two bedrooms for 4 people Through the same spiral staircase, one floor below the living area you will find two other bedrooms. Both bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom which features as upstairs a double sink and a walk-in shower. This two rooms have direct access to the pool terrace. All the beds are box spring beds and very comfortable. Each room has a safe HOUSE The house is surrounded by stairs and terraces. On the west side, a fully equipped summer kitchen is on your disposal as well as a dining outdoor terrace equipped with table and chairs. On the same side, you will have access to a smaller room we call "game room" where your children will be able to play PlayStation on a big FLAT screen TV. On the east side of the house a laundry room is also available. This room is mostly used by the staff working in the house. The beach door is at only few stairs from the pool terrace. The whole house is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. POOL The 24 m2 infinity pool is available on the lower floor of the house. Its terrace come with sunchairs, beach towels. The external shower is just next to the pool. The house is equipped with “Sonos” sound system. Sonos is the smart speaker system that streams all your favorite music to any room, or every room. Control your music with one simple app, and fill your home with pure, immersive sound.

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 40 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a percent surcharge. Direct Bank Deposit, Stripe
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 40 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 1 days of departure.
