Then its time to escape the everyday life for a pampering under the Caribbean sun and head to "Ocho Rios Beach-front Resort condo" at Turtle beach towers located right in the heart of town. The Condo property is ideally located within short walking distance to lots of fine Restaurants, Bars, Nightlife, water sports Attractions, Duty free Mall's Supermarkets and Craft market's. Most importantly it is in close proximity to all major attractions that Jamaica offers like Dunn's River Falls, swimming with dolphins at Dolphin cove, Mystic Mountain and more. The centrally air condition condo is furnished with 2 twin beds, dresser and bed side tables in the bedroom. Living room has 2 day bed sofas, dining table, and a cable television for your entertainment. Kitchenette is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker and other amenities. This apartment also includes a private balcony overlooking the Ocho Rios bay furnished with patio table and chairs. The large swimming pool area is the social get together center of the complex with a day Spa, a small restaurant and a service Laundromat. There is adequate car parking , 24 - 7 security and a free beach access from the rear gate.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 2 days during a stay.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Telephone Fee
A fee is charged for this service. Mobile phone with a Sim card available for rent upon request.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. A security deposit of 50.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Only ONE child under the age of 10 is permitted to stay free, all further are subject to extra occupant fees.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 30.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
