Welcome to Tuscan Sunsets . . . A 5 star luxury villa with 5 bedrooms including 2 masters with en-suites. (rents Saturday to Saturday) The premier location and stunning private tropical views set this home apart from the others. Enjoy morning coffee or tea as the water cascades from the spa into the pool and you look out to the tranquil woodlands. Spend the day taking in the nearby Disney or Universal parks, or one of dozens of other Central Florida attractions, then relax with a bottle of wine as you enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the horizon. How about a late-night dip in the lighted pool or 103 degree hot tub to put a bow on a perfect vacation day. Pool - spa heat $20 per day + tax. Highly recommended October through May. REVIEWS- Here is what guests of the former owner had to say about this house: The house is excellently positioned for travelling not only to Disney but also to Universal Studios. Only taking maximum 20 mins. To Disney and 30 to Universal as there is very little traffic on these access routes. The house itself has a great view. There are no houses behind you therefore you can see a forest and more often than not animals such as large birds. A very quiet neighbourhood but a short distance to large shopping malls. We were really impressed with this home, every little detail has been thought about. The house is really close to all the required amenities such as supermarkets, main roads, restaurants etc. And of course the theme parks are not far away at all. My kids absolutely loved the pool area, nice big pool and Jacuzzi made for a relaxing stay and being so private with no-one overlooking you made it feel exclusive. If you want luxury for a fair price, look no further. WOW. We have just returned from a wonderful vacation staying at this beautiful home. The pictures really do not portray how spacious it is, they layout was perfect for our two families and with the addition of a huge games room the kids were beyond happy. We had lovely long days out by the pool and spa with the everyone enjoying the pool so much it was difficult to get out and eat dinner. A huge 5 stars from us all. We stayed at the house for our family vacation to Disney World and Legoland. There was 4 adults and 5 kids and we found the house the perfect size for all of us.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
