ALL guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The cardholder and the majority of the guests must be at least 25 years of age (does not apply to families with small children). Children are welcome in all units but their parents must be at least 25 years of age and present during the entire stay. The cardholder must be present for check-in and staying in the unit. Parents/guardians may not book for underage guests. Parties, grads, and stags/stagettes are not permitted in any units and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of deposits paid.

Credit card payments for stays of 30 nights or less are FREE. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge added to all payments using Paypal. For stays of 31 nights or more, there is a 3% surcharge for payment by credit card. 7% Resort Fee This non-refundable and taxable fee automatically applies to all reservations and is payable at the time of booking. The resort fee includes an Accidental Damage Waiver Benefit, which covers up to $2000CAD of inadvertent damage and/or cleaning charges that occur during a guest stay.* Additional details will be provided by the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 45 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Credit Card Pre-Authorization : A valid, signed credit card imprint and a $500 to $1500 credit card pre-authorization (or equivalent cash deposit in Canadian funds) are required at check-in. Please note that the pre-authorization will be processed on your scheduled check-in date, and on the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please advise the property manager prior to your scheduled check-in date if you would like to use another credit card for the pre-authorization.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and warmth of this lodge. The location was close to everything we needed as we didn't have a vehicle. Loved the views of the mountains from our windows. We would definitely come back again.

The place was right in the village. Only about a 5-7min walk right to the bottom of the Blackcomb and Whistler gondola. Easy access to everything. Very comfortable for 6 people. Nice patio for all the snowboards. very Spacious. Free parking underground for one car. Also 5min walk from Lot 4 which has free overnight parking for other cars that may join on the trip. Whistler lunches and the village is sooooo expensive. The chalet is only a 2 minute walk from the grocery store, so plan to make some lunches and dinners some nights. Dishwasher did break within the first day, so that sucked, but we dealt with it. Overall - Amazing Trip.

This condo provided more than we had all hoped for. It is very conveniently located in the Village and has all amenities within a short walk. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to do some in-house cooking. We would, and will, definitely stay again!!

LIVING SPACE
Vaulted ceilings, fantastic views, and a spacious open-plan living/dining area with a queen sofabed, 37" LCD TV, and DVD player. Dining room and seating suitable for up to 4 guests. Fully-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. Large balcony with Village and mountain views. Private washer/dryer.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a single over double bunk. There is a queen sofabed in the living room and two singles in the loft. The master bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and the second bathroom has a double shower stall.

PARKING & AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall. Guests can also enjoy use of the common area hot tub and small heated outdoor pool.

DISTANCES
The free Village shuttle stop is less than a minute away and will take guests to the lifts in under 5 minutes. Golf is less than a 10 minute walk away and the lifts are less than a 7 minute walk away.
