The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee.
A non-refundable security wavier of $35.00 is required to be paid directly to the Property Manager on each booking, This provides the guest up to $500 in damage protection. This fee is not included in any totals quoted and is to be paid direct to the Property Manager.

The fully furnished home features a hot tub on the front deck, stainless appliances, wood burning fireplace, home theater system, internet (Wi-Fi), full laundry facilities as well as a games room with a slate pool table.

Situated on 2 acres overlooking Baynes Sound renowned for its shellfish industry. The property has fantastic views of Denman Island, the Coast Mountain Range and Mount Arrow Smith.

There is a large courtyard which includes a fire pit, stainless BBQ's, handmade cedar picnic tables as well as ample space for RV Parking.

Large lawn areas are perfect for outdoor activities such as Bocce Ball, Badminton, Croquet and Volleyball.

Bring your camera. Wildlife abounds as eagles, king fishers, herons, ducks, loons, seals, sea lions and otters frequent the area. Resident deer also wander in occasionally from the forest.

Pick oysters and dig for clams on the beach in front of the house. As the old saying goes "when the tide is out, the table is set."

Conveniently located minutes away from the historic former coal port of Union Bay which features a public boat launch, museum, grocery market and liquor store as well as the Highwayman Saloon Bar & Grill.

The nearby BC Ferry Terminal at Buckley Bay provides easy access to Denman and Hornby Islands. It is situated next to the Petro-Can Gas and General Store which includes a liquor store, Subway shop, organic grocery store and the Fanny Bay Oysters Seafood Shop.

Book an appointment at the King Fisher Oceanside Resort and Spa. Explore Comox Lake located in the nearby turn of the century coal mining community of Cumberland. The towns of Courtenay and Comox are a mere 30 minutes away.
