Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing.
PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 45 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Check in Service: We have a local Property manager who will check you in to our condo ( must be arranged) Since we have state of the art security- our complex has: 24 hour security, keys cards for Entrance Gate, and FOB for underground parking & a key pick up and walk though of our condo is required. Our Manager offers services such as: Airport pick up and other services, please arrange all the extra services you require; with Claudia after you book with us.

The condo: 1,679 sq ft 2 bedroom has brand new open plan living, dining and kitchen with top of the line appliances, 10 foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the incredible views of the Banderas Bay ( ocean), city, & Sierra Madres, tasteful decor and lovely views Take your breath away!!

Our King sized Master bedroom suite with walk in closet; flat screen t.V, ensuite bath and marble features. Even and small sliding door and deck with great views.

Second Bedroom also has a King bedroom with flat screen t.V, & another full ensuite bathroom.

Pullout sofa bed Queen for extra guest and an added full powder room-bathroom.

Our Deck faces the ocean- with lovely furnishing & complete the modern and high end finishings of this 6th floor condo.

Our most stunning 7th Floor Rooftop Deck, infinity Salt-water swimming pool, hot tub and lounge area; with propane bbq and wet-bar for entertaining; is true luxury and great entertaining. The views are 360 degree Panoramic Views of the Bay of Banderas. We also have an well equipped excellent gym with stunning views.
